3. Offer and registration
Registrations for events take place via the website or through partners.
A registration is only final after confirmation and (if applicable) payment.
Turbo reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations due to force majeure, safety reasons, or organizational necessity.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made via the available payment methods.
Turbo may change prices at any time, but confirmed purchases remain valid.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Tickets and registrations are in principle non-refundable, except where required by law.
In case of event cancellation by Turbo (e.g. force majeure, weather conditions, safety), Turbo may:
propose a new date, or
offer a (partial) refund or voucher
Participation is personal and may not be resold without permission
6. Participation and responsibility
Participation in Turbo activities is at your own risk.
The participant confirms being in sufficient physical and medical condition.
Turbo is not liable for:
personal injuries
loss or damage to personal belongings
damage caused by third parties
The participant is responsible for complying with traffic rules and safety instructions.
7. Conduct and community
Turbo is a community-driven platform. Therefore:
Respectful behavior towards other participants, crew, and partners is mandatory
Turbo reserves the right to exclude participants in case of:
dangerous behavior
inappropriate or unacceptable conduct
fraud or misuse
No refunds will be granted in such cases.
8. Image rights and content
By participating in Turbo activities:
the participant grants permission for the use of image material (photo, video, audio)
such material may be used for:
social media
marketing and promotion
partnerships and media
Participants may object to this via written request.
9. Partnerships and visibility
Turbo collaborates with commercial partners
Brands may be visible during events and through content
By participating, the user accepts this commercial context
10. Intellectual property
All content, formats, and concepts (including Turbo Cross, Turbo Triathlon, etc.) are the property of Turbo Sports
It is not permitted to copy, use, or commercialize these without prior permission
11. Website liability
Turbo strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information
Errors or omissions may occur
Turbo is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the website
12. Force majeure
Turbo is not liable for situations of force majeure, including:
extreme weather conditions
